The Elcon Cottle Alar Retractor is 14 cm long and has a slender profile to pass into narrow spaces easily. You can use the curved blade to grant stable retractions, while the blunt edges allow you to pull back tissues without damaging surrounding structures. In addition, the blade has a slender neck so you can see the inside of the nose directly.
